User can run applications based on Windows XP along with applications based on Windows 7 under a single window.

Windows XP Mode is specially designed for small businesses, because XP Mode offers you to run many older programs on a Windows 7 based computer. All you need to do is to install a program on XP Mode which a Virtual XP environment running under Virtual PC. These applications will be available on the Windows 7 desktop and you can use them easily. The Virtual machine will provide you access to internet and Windows 7 hard drive, so you can easily copy files from Virtual machine to Windows 7 or vice versa. There is no way to shut down the PC in Virtual Mode but it will hybernate the Virtual Mode image by default. It also lets you run XP mode in full screen.

Windows 7 Search Basics
The search box is available on the Start menu in Windows 7. If I type a phrase into the search box, Windows 7 gives the results of different categories. The first category includes different music tracks. These tracks are related to the music library. The second category includes the results from messages in the MS outlook. These are those messages which contain the search item. The third category includes the files that match the search criteria. There is also an option in the search window to see more details about the search results. There is a see more search results option to see more information about the search results.

Now Let us take an example of search. For example if you enter 'Screen' into the search box, it shows the files and results but it also shows the results from the control panel. It also shows the programs that are installed on my computer.
